Graphic Designer Scott Frizzle is offering a free looping animation background(called BlubblePlex), and an AE Effects Favorite "Quaker," for a shaking camera effect. It is all in celebration of the opening of his new company, Scott Frizzle + Associates. He's formerly of Artifact Design in Atlanta (co-founder).
