If you haven't had a chance to check out Boris Continuum Complete, it has this super cool feature that allows you to motion track right in the filter. That's right!
This tutorial addresses this fab feature. The tutorial is called "Using the New Continuum Complete Motion Tracker in After Effects".
This plug-in is pretty much the only plug-in package that you need when you first get AE. It has a bit of everything and it does it very well. Don't believe me? Download a demo here and play along with the tutorial..
