particleIllusion 3.0.5 is a free update that runs natively on both Intel- and Power PC-based Mac computers. In addition to running full-speed on the new generation of Intel(R) Mac computers, particleIllusion 3.0.5 contains numerous bug fixes and has been optimized; it delivers a 10- to-20 percent speed improvement over version 3.0.4 on Power PC Macs.

In this release wondertouch has also updated pIllusionRender, the standalone renderer included with particleIllusion 3.0, to support batch rendering - functionality that has already been available to users on the Windows platform. pIllusionRender is now a Universal Binary as well.
