Description
The first Garbage Matte with Bezier Handles. Have you ever tried to generate a perfect garbage matte for even the most complicated shapes ? Now it is possible with the Bezier Garbage Matte. No more fuzing around with a Garbage Matte with only 4 or 8 points. Have you ever tried to outline a curve with straight lines ? Even 50 points are no solution because most objects are a compilation of curves. Well, Curves is the second name of the Bezier Garbage Matte.
With Final Cut Pro everything is keyframeable. This enables you to generate perfectly smooth animations. With this filter you can generate a Garbage Matte with 2 - 40 points. This is possible, because all points can be enabled and disabled one by one. If you need a 23 point matte, this plugin is perfect for you.
Even this is possible:
You can use the Bezier Garbage Matte as a shape generator. Just apply it to a slug and use the Tint- and Border-controls.
To the right we see the matte as an outline, tinted with a solid color. In addition a feathered border is placed around it. All this is done by the Bezier Garbage Matte. No additional functions of Final Cut Pro or other plugins are needed.
Below is something more complicated. Remember: Everything you dream of is possible.
Everything is visible and perfectly controllable in the canvas.
- Set up to 40 points WITH bezier handles
- Each point can be disabled. This makes it possible to generate a 2-point matte and even a 34 point matte
- Each point has 2 bezier-handles
- With Final Cut Pro everything is keyframeable.
- The additional Zoom-function makes it easy to set up the points
- Generate a matte or an outline
- 4 different preview-modes make it easy to create even the most complicated shapes
- Generate shapes and lines
- Tint your selection
- Generate two different borders
- Blur you matte
- Invert the matte itself
- The content of the matte can also be desaturated and inverted
- Rotate, scale and change the aspect-ratio of the matte
- Overlay you matte with the source-clip
- Transparency is fully supported
Even though the current version of the Bezier Garbage Matte Pro/Lite does work with Final Cut Express, you wont be able to animate the Matte due to the fact that Final Cut Express does not provide us with keyframes.
You can also generate lines, apply colors to them and overlay them on your clips. This is most usefull to highlight areas.
An additional blur-functions is perfect to distort certain parts of your clips.
The picture to the right also shows the capability to overlay the original clip to the matte. This makes it easy to fade-in-out your matte.
Below you see the invert and desaturate-function.
All features can also be combined, creating never seen before effects.
