Boris FX, Inc. - Plug-ins To Support Adobe After Effects CS4 and Premiere Pro CS4. Customers who own Continuum Complete 5 AE, Final Effects Complete 5 AE, RED 4.x, FX 9.x, Graffiti 5.x., Blue 2.5, or any Continuum Unit will be eligible to receive free updates to Adobe CS4-compatible versions of their plug-ins. Free updates, if necessary, would be released following Adobe's CS4 release (announced Monday, September 29, 2008)

Digieffects = All the classic products (Aurorix, Berserk and Delirium) are being tested with CS4 now. Any future updates for CS4 will be FREE OF CHARGE. The new products (Damage and Simulate: Illuma) are already CS4 compatible.

Digital Film Tools - Digital Film Tools releases Windows 64 bit versions of EZ Mask v1.5, Light v3.5, Ozone v2.5, Power Mask v1, Power Stroke v1, Snap v2.5 and zMatte v2.5 for use with Adobe Photoshop CS4 64 bit.

GridIron Software - The current version of Nucleo Pro 2 is not compatible with After Effects CS4. GridIron is working on a new version of the plug-in that will be free of charge to existing customers.

Imagineer Systems - mocha for After Effects will be bundled with After Effects CS4! Imagineer will continue to sell mocha for After Effects v1 as a stand alone application, as there will be a significant enough segment of our customer base who may not be moving to CS4 right away, but would still benefit from the features of our solution. Customers who have already purchased mocha for After Effects v1 after August 1, 2008, will receive a free upgrade to mocha for After Effects version 2.0 (shipping later this year).

Pixelan Software - SpiceMASTER 2.5 and CreativEase plug-ins are already fully compatible with Adobe CS4 on Windows computers.

Red Giant Software - CS4 is already an available target in the installers. When you install our products there is a After Effects 8.0+ target (some installers say After Effects 8.0 or greater but we are working on getting them all to say the same thing) When the user chooses this choice there will be an additional pop up that will let them choose which version of After effects to install to (CS3 or CS4). There are a few products (Knoll Light Factory and Primatte Keyer) that do not ask where the user wants to install the plug-in so it defaults to CS3 and you have to manually move the plug-in to the CS4 plug-in folder. These have been written up as bugs and will be fixed. Update: For After Effects, some products are ready to go as is, while a few products will require a minor update for installer compatibility. Most versions of our software that are compatible with Premiere Pro will need an update due to changes in Premiere Pro.

Tiffen Dfx Digital Filter Suite - Dfx v2 is available for Adobe CS4 as well as a stand-alone application for still images, specific plug-ins for Adobe Photoshop or Elements, Apple Aperture and the most popular video post-producton host software, such as Apple Final Cut Pro or Express, Adobe After Effects and Avid Editing Systems.
