Fully integrated with After Effects 7.0
Nucleo was designed from the ground up to be tightly integrated with your After Effects 7.0 workflow. Just click the AE 7 render button in the render queue - that's it, that's all.
Of course, Nucleo also provides dramatic performance to users of AE 6.5. But when you combine all the performance and workflow enhancements in AE 7 with Nucleo, you can take your creativity to a whole new level.
No limits
There are no limits to what you can render with Nucleo. Image sequences, movies and RAM previews are all optimized, while still keeping After Effects, well, After Effects. No changes to workflow, no limits on creativity. Render what you always render—faster.
Multi-Core: The next generation
Multiple CPUs are the norm. However, software is still catching up. Nucleo allows After Effects and ALL third party plugins to get the most out of the latest processor designs from companies such as Intel, AMD and Apple.
Monitor Your Status
The user experience for Nucleo couldn't be simpler. Install Nucleo into the plugins directory of After Effects, and you're done. Compose in After Effects as you always have—the only difference being time. With Nucleo, you get more of it. Monitor the status of your preview or render with convenient pop-up windows that let you know where you are in the render queue, how much time has passed and what's remaining.

- Preview Emulation Allows you to specify which type preview you would like Nucleo to emulate, Standard (spacebar) Preview, RAM Preview, or Shift RAM Preview.
- Render Support Supports rendering out to both sequences and movies in any format supported by After Effects.
- Memory Optimization Boosts performance by optimizing how After Effects consumes RAM on your system.
- Disk Optimization Prevents disk thrashing bottlenecks by optimizing disk writes through a single process
- CPU Check Detects if other applications are running on your computer and warns you if they are consuming too much CPU.
- Performance Level Allows you to dial back the performance of Nucleo, allowing you to easily switch between applications while running Nucleo previews or renders.
- Session History Keeps track of all your Nucleo related activities in the current AE session, allowing you to monitor what has been done and how long it took.
- Render Status Render status is presented in IM-style pop-up windows that allow at-a-glance progress, estimated remaining time, and elapsed time updates even while working in other applications.

- Project Backup Automatically saves a back-up copy of your project when rendering allowing you to keep only the changes you really need.
