Description
The Matrox WYSIWYG (What-You-See-Is-What-You-Get) plug-in for After Effects optimizes the workflow of professional compositors, allowing the user to view the compositing window on a video monitor or TV in both DV and D1 resolution. This enables the user to catch artifacts that will not normally be visible with an RGB monitor, speeding up the post production process and leaving more room for expressing one's creativity.
The WYSIWYG plug-in is fully compatible with the multi-display configurations of Parhelia. With the Dual-display plus TV-output setting, the compositing window is outputted to TV, and the user can still benefit from the added display real estate by stretching the timeline across two monitors. One optimal workspace will be to place the bin and the effects window on the first desktop and the compositing window on the second desktop.
The included WYSIWYG plug-in is also supported in single-display configuration on Parhelia, providing support for up to 2048x1536 per display. The high resolution support allows you to arrange all the windows on one desktop.
