Description
Unwanted camera movement can be distracting and disturbing to viewers. Enlist the powerful algorithms of Magic Bullet Steady, which will analyze your video, detect motion, and apply one of three filtering modes. The result will be smooth, stabilized motion that preserves camera pans and other desired movements. Other customizable controls remove noise and other low-light artifacts.
Features
- Motion detection choices Toggle between automatic motion detection and manual detection based on a user-defined region.
- Video analysis Magic Bullet Steady analyzes spatial and temporal data to produce optimal results for your footage.
- Shot Change Detection An automatic change detection feature handles cuts so you apply the stabilizer without worrying about trimming clips or changing edits.
- Four Motion Smoothing Modes You can control motion smoothing with options for 3 different motion smoothing modes for controlling fast shake or slow jitter. Use the locked mode to simulate shooting on a tripod.
- Optional Auto Zoom Enlarges the material to hide the borders that result from stabilization. The plug-in automatically determines the maximum enlargement necessary to hide the black edge resulting from stabilization.
- Manual zoom Allows you to determine the desired zoom amount to hide the black edges that appear when the frame is offset to compensate for camera motion.
- Interpolation modes Choose from linear or cubic interpolation with linear offering fast results and cubic providing sharper output but slower rendering.
Highlights
Stabilization
Camera movement and tough shooting conditions can cause distracting, jerky motion; and film sprocket damage on old footage can cause gate jitter and weave. The Stabilizer feature uses a software-based 2D translation to repair this type of footage with fast analysis and fast playback.
Noise Reduction Without Losing Detail
Too often, noise reduction means everything gets very blurry. Not so with Magic Bullet Steady. It uses spatial and temporal data to work out true image values, and customizable settings give you control over block size. Adjust the optional detail protection feature to find the right results for your desired output.
Blistering speed
Compared to the built-in stabilization features in After Effects or Final Cut Pro, Magic Bullet Steady yields results in record time.
