Description
Whether you're adding visual background noise, using text as a texture, or flashing words to reinforce a theme, text is an important element of your composition. Choose from Bezier paths, particle arrays, and Matrix-style patterns: Text Anarchy will generate the coolest effects while giving you fine typographic control. Also includes the Geomancy Shapes plug-ins.

Highlights
Rich animations with particles
With particle plug-ins designed for text, you can move text in grids, lines, spirals, or other paths to create simple or complex effects. Randomness sliders add natural variations, while built-in alpha channel generation makes compositing easy.
Extensive typographic control
Text anarchy plug-ins give you pinpoint control over font size, kerning, tracking, leading, hinting and baseline shift — features seldom seen outside layout applications. Animate between different fonts, or scroll type across a screen.
Geomancy Shapes plug-ins included
For creating backgrounds and patterns of all kinds, Text Anarchy includes the Geomancy plug-ins for animating lines, squares, circles and other shapes in 3D space.

Data Screen
Make your own random text for video display and heads-up displays. This video shows two popular uses of Text Anarchy for creating text-based special effects. On the left, the stream controls give the look of computerized green glowing text generated in scrolling lines, resetting randomly. On the right side, the streams are set to generate randomized characters that rain down in long, vertical streaks.
Film Noir Traffic
This Film Noir-inspired shot uses a lot of our products! Red Giant Text Anarchy creates the traffic patterns in the background, PlaneSpace tiles the traffic pattern over and over again, and Key Correct Pro Light Wrap aids in compositing the actor over the glowing background. Magic Bullet Looks helps the composite by bringing all of the colors together. (from RGTV Ep. 10)
Text Anarchy
In this video example, vertical lines of random glowing characters appear to form three-dimensional walls over a gradient background. This example shows multiple planes of text applied in separate 3D plane to create a massive cascading walls of letters.

You simply enter your name, email, and old Digital Anarchy serial number, and you will be sent a new Red Giant Software serial number for the equivilant product. For example, if you owned Digital Anarchy Data Animator, you can get the latest version of Red Giant Datamator with new Intel Mac support and better performance.
