In this Quicktime clip from Total AE, Brian Maffitt creates the effect of 'running lights' around a letter, using a Photoshop file imported as a Composition. The exercise provides an excellent example of when to use Hold Keyframes rather than Linear Keyframes, as well as showing various ways of creating them.
