Nobe Display is a virtual display plugin that works with DaVinci Resolve™. The main purpose of the application is to mirror the preview and allow to place it anywhere in your desktop. It enables you to have a picture preview in the external monitor without using extra hardware.
Limitations: not synchronised playback (configurable delay), doesn’t work with Caching enabled. Does not work properly in the Fusion page – designed to work in Edit and Color page.

Where can I use Nobe Display?
Nobe Display is available for both Mac & Windows and it works exclusively with DaVinci Resolve™ through the OpenFX extension.
The plugin works in Color and Edit page. It’s not designed to work in Fusion page.
Can I use keyboard shortcuts?
You can turn on and off certain options using keyboard shortcuts:
- [TAB] – toggle fullscreen mode (menu & bottom buttons)
- [R] – display red channel only
- [G] – green channel only
- [B] – blue channel only
- [Y] – luminance mode (no saturation)
- [C] – back to color mode
Is there a dark theme?
Dark theme can be enabled in the configuration file.
Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/NobeDisplay/config.ini
Windows: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\FalseColor\config.ini
To enable dark theme simply change the dark_mode from false to true: dark_theme=true
To apply the settings the Nobe Display application needs to be restarted.
