We’ve had customers who run into problems where the application manager will not allow the activation key to be entered. The DLL file is often the issue here and updating the DLL file will usually fix the issue. Here are instructions on how to fix the issue.
- Download and extract this zip file from NewBlue. It contains a new libeay21.dll file.
- Replace the libeay32.dll found here with the file that you just downloaded
- Make sure you tell Windows that you want to replace the file when it asks.
- After this, you should be able to open the Application Manager and activate your software.
