4 Free Workflow Tools from Mekajiki
Mekajiki, makers of RenderGarden, has 4 free tools on their site: UnMult, ScriptBrowser, DeadEnd, and AEpesticide.
UnMult: In brief, UnMult lets you quickly extract alpha channels from luminance in Adobe After Effects. For example, extract light effects such as flares or fire from black backgrounds. In addition, generate alphas for your CG occlusion. Super useful, indeed!
ScriptBrowser: After Effects panel for browsing and launching other scripts.
DeadEnd: To summarize, DeadEnd is a Mac OSX Command-line tool. Use it to force-quit Adobe After Effects and automatically increment and save your project.
AEpesticide: In a word, AEpesticide is a Mac OSX Command-line tool to kill all stuck AERendercore processes which may be hogging memory.
