Update: Laubwerk Player v1.0.32 – Adds Redshift Compatibility

This small update to Laubwerk Player adds Redshift support for Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, Maya as well as support for Maya 2020 and Sketchup 2020.

The free Laubwerk Player plugin comes bundled with each of the Laubwerk Plants Kits.

Use the Laubwerk Player to easily load and control plant models inside Autodesk 3ds Max & Maya, MAXON Cinema 4D, SideFX Houdini, and Trimble SketchUp. Just drag-and-drop your 3D tree, set the shape, age, and season and level of detail control. Watch the lightning fast rendering with inbuilt and 3rd parts renderer support.

Redshift is fast! That’s why we’re excited to announce you can now render Laubwerk plants with the world’s first fully GPU-accelerated, biased renderer. The new Laubwerk Player update 1.0.32 supports Redshift rendering with Cinema 4D, Autodesk Maya, and Autodesk 3ds Max.

To get the updates, sign in to your Laubwerk account page and download fresh installers for one of your Plants Kits, such as the Plants Kit Freebie. Windows users should make sure to uninstall previous versions of the Laubwerk Player plugin before running the new installer.
