Quick Lens Flare

Quick Lens Flare lets you easily create a lens flare in After Effects that can be controlled by the null / light layer and have a foreground occlusion with the click of a button.  It works with AE’s default Lens Flare and Video Copilot’s Optical Flares.

“QuickLensFlare” lets you quickly create Lens Flares with the click of a button attached to a null or light with optional foreground occlusion.

This facilitate the placement of the flare in 3D space.

QuickLensFlare works with Video Copilot’s Optical Flares or the Default After Effects Lens Flare.

Quick Lens Flare Usage

1. Open the composition
2. Select the type of Flare and the control layer.
3. If “Foreground Occlusion” is checked select the occlusion layer in the comp
4. Push the Create button.
