Each purchase of a new License or an Upgrade includes the 12-month Upgrade and Support Plan.

The benefits of this plan are detailed below:

Automatic upgrades: Never fall behind on a Sapphire, Continuum, or Mocha Pro release again! Active Upgrade and Support customers are automatically entitled to all upgrades released during their 12-month contract which begins from the date of purchase.

Full Phone and Email Support: Upgrade and Support customers have unlimited access to phone and email support during business hours.

Floating licenses: Floating licenses are pooled licenses that can be shared across a group of users. Floating licenses are available to customers on the U/S plan for a flat discounted fee of $500. A minimum of 5 floating licenses per facility is required.

Unlimited burn and render licenses: Formerly, $99-$499 per license, render licenses are free to customers under the Upgrade and Support Plan.

Easier Budgeting: The yearly fixed cost allows for clearer planning and budgeting.
