For ideal performance we recommend at least a GeForce GRX 285 or ATI Radeon HD 4600 with 1GB of VRAM.
RENDER FARM SUPPORT?
It is possible to use Element on a network render farm but we do not recommend or support it because inconsistencies of GPU rendering. Since Element renders with impressive speed on a single GPU it is ideal to pre-render any 3D elements before pushing to the render farm.

Film Riot has created a clever short film entitled U.F.Oh Yeah, Directed and written by Ryan Connolly and starring Josh Connolly, the film is about a U.F.O. enthusiast and conspiracy theorist who has an encounter with extraterrestrials that doesn’t go quite as one might expect. After the film, learn about how some of the effects were made. There are a whole series of videos here and they’re fantastic!!
We love a new Video Copilot tutorial on Tutorial Tuesday! Andrew Kramer explains how he created detailed bevels with Element 3D and added lens flares, light rays and camera movement for the Lionsgate Logo.
