Assets to Expand European Sales Presence

20 April 2020 – San Francisco, CA – Toolfarm.com Inc., the leading global distributor and reseller of 3D, VFX, Motion Graphics, and Video software and plug-ins, today announced that they have acquired the assets of AV3 Software Inc. to expand their sales presence in Europe.

AV3’s online store primarily serves users and resellers in the UK, Scandinavia and Southern Europe supplying a wide variety of creative plugins for most Editing and Effects platforms such as Adobe, Apple, Autodesk and Avid.

Graham Sharp, the Director of AV3 commented: ‘discussions have been going on for a while, but in the current business climate it makes sense to combine the platforms and leverage the joint buying power and streamlined operations to better serve our European customers. We are anticipating little to no disruption to any of our customer’s businesses and they will end up with a broader product portfolio to choose from’.

Starting on the 20th of April, the AV3 web store will redirect its clients to the Toolfarm.com web-store where they can transact their purchases as usual.
