DAT: Chicago Panel Archive from September 8, 2023
If you missed the DAT Show in Chicago (Toolfarm was there!) it was a dual event with Maxon & Mograph.com’s DAT Show, as well as HalfRez 10. It was a great day of presentations, a panel, and a party with lots of networking opportunities for 3D and visual artists.
The panel in the video below features Mathias Omotola or Maxon and Mograph.com, Matt Milstead and Dave Koss of Mograph.com, Nick Cambell and Chad Ashley of Greyscalegorilla. In addition, Tracey Khan, Douglas Alberts, Ethan Barnowsky, Emma Gauthier, & Julie Craft gave their thoughts. They shared an interesting conversation about topics such as the world of design, education, continued learning, job hunting, networking, contract work, mental health, work/life balance, and the complex social issues facing the modern digital artist.
