Come together on Thursday, January 25th, at the Wacom Experience Center in Portland!

Start 2024 with a bang at our special gathering for members to connect, discuss their visions for the year, share industry knowledge, and provide valuable insights.

At the beginning of the event, we’ll be featuring an exclusive showcase of Portland’s best reels. We invite you to submit your animation or motion graphics montages (60-90 seconds) for a chance to be highlighted.

We’re also eager to hear your thoughts on what you’d like to see from AEPDX throughout 2024 and into 2025. We’ve got some exciting plans and new offerings for our community, and your input is crucial to us.

Join us in ringing in the new year with enthusiasm and creativity. We can’t wait to see everyone there and celebrate together!

Who is AEPDX?

AEPDX is a group of creatives who focus on storytelling through design and animation. We get together to explore, educate, share, and network. Whether you’re a concept artist, illustrator, animator, filmmaker, or visual effects artist – bring your interests and expertise, and hang out. We share animation techniques and software ranging from After Effects, Animate, Maya, Max, Cinema 4D, Blender, Marvelous, Houdini, and more. Our in-person quarterly events include presentations, panels, guest speakers, artists & studios sharing project breakdowns, animation competitions, sharing local work, and covering new software releases.
