The New Shape Param node
The Shape Param node, similar to Particle Flow’s Shape Control, allows users to create endless variations of custom particle shapes with just a few clicks. Artists can procedurally change scene object parameter(s) or their modifiers on a per-particle basis. In addition, the level of detail in the shapes can be adjusted procedurally based on the camera distance, or changed throughout the life of the particle.

Other new features and improvements
- Object Param node now displays most of the modifiers
- Added a Constant node to display the value in the header
- The Load Cache node added an automatic range option
- The Rotate node added a predefined axis
- Added optimization in the cases where there are many particle deletions and creation throughout the simulation. In some scenes, this optimization can result in a 50% simulation time reduction.
In addition, Sitni Sati fixed a couple of issues with the surface node and Object Params node.
