In this 3 part series, John Dickinson of Boris FX walks us through the new Mocha Pro 3D Camera Solver, showing a range of examples created in After Effects and Blender. He also applies some Sapphire filters in the examples.

Mocha Pro 3D Camera Solver Workflow – Part 01
In the first video, John demonstrates how he used the 3D Camera Solver to place 3D text into a shot. He uses the Advanced 3D Renderer in After Effects.
Mocha Pro 3D Camera Solver Workflow – Part 02
In part two, John tracks a shot with a large lake using the 3D Camera Solver. He tracks the jetty (a dock or landing pier in American English), a moving drone shot. He also tracks the sun as a feature point, linking a light to it. In After Effects, he places 3D text on the jetty, lighting it with an HDR.
He dives into Shadow Catching and mentions the new Shadow Catcher in the After Effects beta, announced last week. He also rotoscopes out some of the poles in the dock.

In part three, John explains how he used After Effects and Blender with the 3D Camera Solver data and Corner Pin in Mocha Pro to transform the shot.
