Chris Schmidt from Greyscale Gorilla, was inspired by some gorgeous renders by Lee Griggs, and attempted to recreate rolling hills of geometry in C4D. He didn't want to use MoGraph clones as the shear number needed would be overwelming. So he set out to create a more procedural technique and came up with using the Hair Module.
